About the Role

Overseeing the culinary brigade, guiding the kitchen team in creating extraordinary culinary experiences, maintaining impeccable quality standards, and elevating the restaurant's reputation.


• Culinary degree or certification (Preferred).

• Preferably, candidates should have previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role, although this is not mandatory.

• Possess basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.

• Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Show a willingness to learn and follow instructions AND be able to make self directed decisions for the benefit of the company.

• Possess physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects if required.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
